Mike brings 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Pulp & Paper industries, with a focus on Power Generation. During his career he has supported development, acquisition, construction, commissioning, O&M, capital project and outage/turnaround efforts on a wide range of facilities throughout the U.S. The following list highlights some of his accomplishments over his career:

Development of new construction design specifications for HRSGs, Boilers, Condensers, etc.

Implementation of Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).

Development and implementation of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.

Due diligence of existing assets for acquisition.

Integration of programs/procedures post-acquisition.

Development and implementation of EHS programs.

Development, implementation and management of QA/QC programs.

Successful Project Management for capital projects and major outages.

Well versed in Project Controls, Estimating and Scheduling.

Development, implementation and management of business practices and procedures.

Held positions of Manager, Director, Sr. Vice President and Owner with up to 20 direct reports and up to 750 field personnel.
